The first Zombies experience will be known as Der Anfang, and it will task players with accomplishing Objectives to gather Sacrificial Hearts which can be used at the new roguelike feature Altar of Covenants.
This iteration of Call of Duty's iconic Zombies mode has a few caveats, including the divisive fact that Call of Duty: Vanguard Zombies will not have a main quest until after season 1. Additionally, all the lobbies of Call of Duty: Vanguard's highly anticipated Zombies mode will be running on dedicated servers to give players the smoothest experience possible. Call of Duty: Vanguard is set to release tomorrow on November 5, where a brand-new campaign will chronicle the birth of the special forces, and multiplayer will offer players a grand total of 16 maps at launch.
